Therefore, thank you dealerrater.com, as I went to your site, because I wanted to work with the finest BMW dealership in the state of Florida, along with the most consummate sales professional, as reviewed by BMW customers. #1 was Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines and 2016 Dealer Of The Year. Also holding the top spot was Les Cutler, with a 5 star combined rating with over 233 reviews. So, my initial phone conversation with Les was back in October 2016, when he was test driving an M4 in Homestead. He was very cordial and I explained that I wanted a 2017 330i, which was not available for a month or two. We agreed to meet at a later date, when the new cars arrived. Although I lived approx. 30 miles away, it was well worth the trip. When I first met Les on Nov. 1, 2016, he was so affable and I could tell he had a passion for selling BMW's and working with his clients. He showed me the new 2017 330i vehicles and we discussed facts and figures and I felt at ease with Les, as he was a regular guy. Since there were options that I did not want, we ordered the car and it arrived a few days ago. When I came to pick up the car, Les was there to greet me. We finalized all the details, and then he introduced me to Mara, the Finance Manager. She could not have been nicer and reviewed all the necessary papers and some additional options. Finally, the Genius team of Javier and Quan showed me all the new bells and whistles. They were two great guys. Terrific customer service has always been paramount with me. Les and his team made the whole process of leasing a pleasure that worked seamlessly from start to finish. He is a Client Advisor who epitomizes what the word Professional is all about, and he represents his company and industry in the best possible light. Driving a BMW is truly The Ultimate Driving Machine, as we all know. Getting to that wonderful point of driving out of a dealership, should also be a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. With other companies it has been difficult getting a price and they always want you to come in to discuss etc., which can waste a lot of time and be frustrating.
