Returned my vehicle w/o diagnosis on a tow truck. I was told they needed 2 more hours to the lest to look for diagnosis @ 188.00 an hour & they were not sure of finding it then. When a car has no clear diagnosis in the 159.00 hour it should not be a charge or 1/2 the cost should be charged. I trusted BMW it's their car. I threw money away. It's a rip-off, if 10,000 cars come in and leave out without diagnosis, that's allot of money in BMW bank account. More

He thought he knew the features of the car- But he did NOT! We were so disappointed the first time we went that we went to another BMW dealership to see if we could get better service & education. Ft. Lauderdale BMW was the same. Salesmen DO NOT know the cars. We went back to Pembroke Pines and met with a genius ( technician), Alejandro. He was amazing! He was patient, knew the car, the cars capabilities, took us on a test drive and made us confortable with the car. He is responsible for us buying the 430i BMW. I do not have Alejandro's last name. But he deserves the credit for this sale. Javier, educated us before we took our car and was available by cell to answer ALL of our questions, our advice: GO TO A BMW GENIUS FIRST!!!!! More
