Unique Situation - Fabulous Fix! Leased my 2017 330 I from this location, in Dec. of 2016, and is was a very enjoyable experience. The car is fantastic in every aspect. For months now though, the wheel hubs have been rusting, along with the metal clip bthat suppirts the caliper. It was annoying to say the least, as I don’t live near the beach and don’t use any corrosive products when washing. It made the car look bad, as I keep it in pristine condition. Therefore, I called Malcolm Bruton, New Vehicle Sales Mgr,. for help. He told me to bring the car into the Service Center, which I did today, 5/23/18. Upon arrival, Conroy Nicholas, Operations Mgr. greeted me at Valet and was a really nice man. Then, I met Mark Nichols, Assistant Service Mgr., and he surveyed the problem and discussed it with Israel Vasquez, his Service Advisor, and they said they could remedy the problem the same day. Both gentlemen were very courteous and only too willing to help. Within a few hours, the rust was removed, and the hubs painted. All 4 wheels look like new now and I am thrilled. Customer Service still matters at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines. They care about getting the job done and keeping their customers happy and they have my utmost respect. Maybe that’s why they sell more BMW’s than any dealer in the nation, and that is partially due to the magnificent Service Center. If any potential customers are reading this review, and you love BMWs, go to this dealership, because you will be very happy with the result, even if you have to drive 40 miles out of your way, It will be worth it. They don’t forget about you when you drive out with a new vehicle, when you need service or when a difficult issue arises, like in my case. After deciding to purchase a 2018 X3 M40i and defining the configuration and The five star rating is primarily due to our experience with Ivan Jurado. After deciding to purchase a 2018 X3 M40i and defining the configuration and trade-in on the BMW web site, we were contacted by many dealers while we were at our summer home in North Carolina (primary home is in Coral Gables). Ivan at BMW of Pembroke Pines was by far the most responsive regarding our needs and in determining the tentative value and logistics of the Lexus trade-in. He then outlined a reasonable deal on the purchase even before our return to South Florida. On that basis we placed an order and did not follow-up with any other dealers. After our return to South Florida, he met us on his day off to confirm the trade valuation and took us on our first test drive in an X3 M40i. He also confirmed the preliminary deal we had made remotely from NC. On delivery day, he texted a photo of our vehicle on the truck to confirm its arrival and we set a time for delivery. On our arrival at BMW of Pembroke Pines, he kept us informed about the issues (i.e. a software problem in the vehicle). He also found additional BMW discounts for financing and loyalty, thus improving the original deal. We were pleasantly surprised and closed that afternoon. Several days after delivery we noted that one of the Driver Guides was missing. Ivan tracked it down and had it delivered to our home. Due to his attentiveness we will surely contact Ivan first for future BMW purchases. More
