Less than 0 Stars Dropped off my vehicle for service at 11 am and I was told that a service advisor would speak to me. 20 mins after sitting in the waiting area stil Dropped off my vehicle for service at 11 am and I was told that a service advisor would speak to me. 20 mins after sitting in the waiting area still no one had seen me so I had to leave as my ride couldn't wait any longer. They tell me someone would contact me over the phone to discuss what the car needed. Whole day passed by and I had to call them only to find out everyone was gone for the day, but the person on the phone told me that they would call me first thing in the morning. 11 am next day, still no call so I reached out to them AGAIN - this time they tell me they can't get a hold of the service advisor and there is no update on the status of the vehicle but they will send an email to the manager. I needed my car this morning, already wasted half a day just waiting to hear back. I don't care if it takes 2 days to get the work done, at least tell me so I can plan accordingly. Sad part is this is not the first time this happens, unfortunately they're the only service center close to me. You would expect better from BMW, extremely disappointed More

Not Impressed at All I brought my wife's car in because of a faulty brake lighting and Head-lighting system. I received a call with a 6 page list of suggested repairs totaling in almost $10,000. I knew that my rotors would soon need to be replaced but had showed no signs until I picked it up from them. Now they sound like maracas. It's clear that BMW does not stand behind the quality of their products. They gave me a loaner that looked like it had been parked at a construction site (dusty); as if I was supposed to be excited because it was a 2020. More
