I came in early from 7:30am spoke with Advisor Jose Alamo and ran diagnostic on my vehicle. Advised me of how long approximately it would take and offered me an alternate vehicle to get around do errands whi and ran diagnostic on my vehicle. I was there all day til 8hrs 5:30pm and Jose and everyone checked on me made sure i was comfortable had snacks coffee and refreshments. Always above and beyond customer service. More

9/16/20“BEST IN SOUTH FLORIDA!” Made a service 9/16/20 “BEST IN SOUTH FLORIDA!” Made a service appointment yesterday, 8/15/20, with my excellent Service Advisor, Karen Jimenez. She said, “fin 9/16/20 “BEST IN SOUTH FLORIDA!” Made a service appointment yesterday, 8/15/20, with my excellent Service Advisor, Karen Jimenez. She said, “fine come in tomorrow, 9/16/20, at 9:00 am.” That was fine and I arrived this morning. Karen was there to greet me and escorted me to a waiting room that was empty. The reason for my visit was that I needed to fulfill my first year annual service checkup, on the lease of my 2020 BMW 330 I. The Service Tech performed a multipoint inspection, performed BMW oil service, checked for signs of road hazard on tires, and topped off fluids. Everything was completed very professionally and I greatly appreciated the team’s efforts. Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines treats their customers in 5 star fashion. Leased my last 2 BMWs from them and they do all my service. When all was completed, Karen came over and said “everything is completed and in perfect condition.” Karen is a jewel. She enjoys her interaction with clients and is always very personable. She represents the Holman Group in 5 star fashion. Thank you Karen! As I was leaving, I stopped in to say hello to Mr. Marc Nichols, xxx’t Service Mgr. Marc runs a very well organized team on the service end of the operation. He is a great guy and is always willing to go the extra mile to lend a hand. Living in Pompano Beach, I am happy to drive the 40 minutes to get my excellent service done at Lauderdale BMW, when I could drive to other dealerships only 15 minutes away. Trust me, it is more than worth the drive to be treated with respect. Those of you reading this review, stop in and talk with the wonderful folks at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines. I purchased a 2016 BMW 650i Certified Pre-owned (CPO) with less than 18,000 miles on May 24th, 2019 from BMW Pembroke Pines which is part of the Holman Automotive Group. In the first 6 months, and le with less than 18,000 miles on May 24th, 2019 from BMW Pembroke Pines which is part of the Holman Automotive Group. In the first 6 months, and less than 2,000 miles driven, the service work that has been performed thus far includes but is not limited to removing the transmission to repair a significant oil leak at the rear main seal, replacing the coolant end cover to repair a coolant leak, remedying an oil leak at the driver’s side valve cover and replacing injectors and crank case hoses. I am very surprised and disappointed by the the amount of work that has been required to this point on a low-mileage BMW CPO. Furthermore, there is a rattle that is present in the area of the driver’s side front wheel assembly. The shop foreman test drove the car with me and confirmed the noise. A master BMW tech was also able to duplicate the noise. The work performed included removing the passenger side dashboard, underbody panels, engine components, blower motor, and other parts to locate the rattle. It was determined that the right front passenger side strut mount and insulator bushings were the culprit. They were replaced and the noise continues on the driver’s side. The shop foreman again test drove the car and confirmed the noise was still present. Another attempt was made to repair without success. I again contacted my service advisor and was told he could no longer help me. He told me he would have a manager call me the next morning. It’s been nearly 4 weeks now and no call. My service advisor Jose Alamo, BMW Master Technician Doug Deweese, Shop Foreman Marcos Bolanos and Pre-owned Sales Manager Bill Hickey have all failed to remedy my issue(s). I suggest you steer clear of this dealership! More
