Less than 0 Stars Dropped off my vehicle for service at 11 am and I was told that a service advisor would speak to me. 20 mins after sitting in the waiting area stil Dropped off my vehicle for service at 11 am and I was told that a service advisor would speak to me. 20 mins after sitting in the waiting area still no one had seen me so I had to leave as my ride couldn't wait any longer. They tell me someone would contact me over the phone to discuss what the car needed. Whole day passed by and I had to call them only to find out everyone was gone for the day, but the person on the phone told me that they would call me first thing in the morning. 11 am next day, still no call so I reached out to them AGAIN - this time they tell me they can't get a hold of the service advisor and there is no update on the status of the vehicle but they will send an email to the manager. I needed my car this morning, already wasted half a day just waiting to hear back. I don't care if it takes 2 days to get the work done, at least tell me so I can plan accordingly. Sad part is this is not the first time this happens, unfortunately they're the only service center close to me. You would expect better from BMW, extremely disappointed More

Even when the dealership was closed, someone always called me back. After they reopened, their salesman, Alex Borges stayed in touch with me, responded to all my inquiries and we were able to negotiate a deal all through email and texts. The sales manager, Phil Guala, worked out the final terms and i was able to fill out most of the paperwork online. By the time I got to the dealership to fill out the final paperwork, Alex had the car ready and I only had to be there for one hour. I strongly recommend Alex Borges and the staff at this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a BMW. More
Not Impressed at All I brought my wife's car in because of a faulty brake lighting and Head-lighting system. My original concerns were not covered under warranty, all non-essential issues were billed to my extended warranty. I received a call with a 6 page list of suggested repairs totaling in almost $10,000. I knew that my rotors would soon need to be replaced but had showed no signs until I picked it up from them. Now they sound like maracas. It's clear that BMW does not stand behind the quality of their products. They gave me a loaner that looked like it had been parked at a construction site (dusty); as if I was supposed to be excited because it was a 2020. More

He provided a quick and friendly write up, and ensured me that I would be taken care of with the same level of service that I always receive. WOW no dealership has ever done that before! My wife and I just moved from Dallas to Florida and decided to purchase her a 2020 M4. When I searched for an M4, most dealerships only had 1 or 2 in My wife and I just moved from Dallas to Florida and decided to purchase her a 2020 M4. When I searched for an M4, most dealerships only had 1 or 2 in stock, except for Lauderdale Pembroke Pines...they had 11. I decided work with Matthew Mitson after looking at a couple of reviews. He is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. We traded texts and emails and reached a price on an M4. We live about 2 1/2 hours from the dealership and drove there this past Saturday. When we got there, Matthew was waiting for us "with coffee" in hands. Although we had reached an agreed upon price for the M4 and our X5 trade, Matthew had the used car department inspect the X5. When we got to the F and I department, we met with Niccole who was also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. While we were going thru the paperwork, we found out for the first time that the dealership decided to allow us approximately $1,750 more for the X5 than we had agreed upon. WOW no dealership has ever done that before! Many thanks to Matthew, Phillip and Niccole. You made the long drive worth the effort! More
