I've tried a few times to talk to somebody then finally gave up and accepted that I was going to be over $12000 upside down for a long time. Beside's what are you going to do, revisit my purchase, see where you totally screwed me and refund it? HA, I don't think so. Your sales people need to learn that return customers are worth more than that one time payout, and your finance department needs to learn what the word honesty means, they lie worse than a rug. I mean seriously, he told me the RC was valueless and Lexus was going to stop making it. I HAD EQUITY in it that they stole from me, and lied to do it. I've made it my goal since to alert anyone and everyone I can of LHM lexus' deceptive practices.
