SImple Oil Change I had an appointment for a pre-paid oil change/service. After exiting my car, I stood off to the side waiting for some one to check me in for 10 minut I had an appointment for a pre-paid oil change/service. After exiting my car, I stood off to the side waiting for some one to check me in for 10 minutes. No one told me where to go or what I needed to do. My oil change took 2 hours and 20 minutes. I was told over the phone when scheduling my appointment that having and appointment would expedite my service over a simple walk-in. It clearly did not. Upon exiting the dealership, my TPM (Tire Pressure Monitoring) light came on. They had changed the tire pressure to 5 lbs over the manufacture recommended setting. It clearly states on the inside drivers door what the front and rear pressures should be. When I returned to have them check my pressure settings (which I knew were high), they were surprised to know the settings were in the door panel. My car was washed, but poorly done. The back end had dirty streaks as if water had simply been run over the top of the car. I was highly disappointed with the time it took, with the need to return, the lack of concern for correct pressures and the apparent disregard for customer service. This was my first experience at LHM Lexus for any type of service. All I ever heard from the salesperson and finance person, was how great the service department was and you won't regret getting the pre-paid plan. Well, I do regret it. This was a very poor experience and I will not be recommending this dealership. More

Excellent Customer Service I switched from my Lexus mechanic to the dealership, due to mechanic shop being sold to another owner, then wait for service extended to 2-4 weeks out I switched from my Lexus mechanic to the dealership, due to mechanic shop being sold to another owner, then wait for service extended to 2-4 weeks out. So glad this happened, as I was almost forced to go to dealership for service. Julian has been so accommodating, great communication and so pleasant to work with. He makes sure I am taken care of and that my car getting serviced does not disrupt my life much at all. Uber is a free service that the dealership offers, so you can get to and from work while your car is getting serviced. If you can stick around, or can work remotely, they have food, snacks, drinks, and even a work station with computers! For big jobs, a loaner car is offered. The customer service and convenience alone, is reason enough to go to Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray. I recommend to everyone! More
