Very disappointing, to say the least. It felt like the sales people just wanted us off the lot and didn’t want to deal with us after we had purchased. When we returned to have the plastic cover removed by the service department, it left big holes in the paint that went clear down to the metal. When we returned to have them fixed, they told us their person was “excellent.“ The finished product looked like someone dabbed paint on the several spots where they had pulled paint off and thought it was good enough. I could have done as well at a craft night. When we expected better service from an issue that Lexus of Murray, the salesman got mad and turned us over to someone else. We are very dissatisfied with their “fix” of the problem that THEY caused. And the car certainly hadn’t been cleaned because we found papers, dirt, and even a pair of glasses in the preowned car. Funny thing, we bought another Lexus at a small dealership and have been treated like royalty. It doesn’t appear that Dave, our salesman, or any of the sales managers seem to care once we have driven it off the lot. This group did not live up to any standard, and certainly didn’t LISTEN!! More

I brought my RX in for one major issue I have been having with my transmission. $4800 later my Lexus is even less reliable!! I told the service advisor Lisa that my vehicle feels unsafe when I am trying to accelerate and I trusted her that the repairs I was paying for would fix my issue. It is worse! She gave me her cell phone to call her if I needed anything then never calls me back. Thankfully I found where Mandy went after leaving Lexus, I will be taking my vehicles to Mandy and Ethan’s shop at GT Automotive to someone I can truly trust!! I feel like I was taken advantage at Lexus with the repairs that were performed and not fixing my main concern. I feel like they did not care about fixing my vehicle for me, only upselling other work that could have been put off for in the near future and try to fix my main concern I came in for. More
