Was happy until Dealership etiquette was great, not so good on mechanic doing the work. RX has 29k miles on it. Not impressed at the 30k mile 'recommended service's that would have cost me nearly $700. Seems way overkill. I had a standard oil change/ tire rotation scheduled. All seemed fine until I got out on the freeway. Car was making a very strange noise (extra air xxxxxxx sound when I gave it gas), I drove to the next exit, opened the hood and found all the clamps holding the air intake cover were all undone. The cover was half off. Not that women are any less than men, but I am female. What if I had just left it thinking that was normal... drive till my next oil change... I am quite certain anything that had gone wrong in that time frame I would have been denied warranty work because of it. This worries me the quality of mechanics Lexus has hired. This is a very expensive car to have that type of 'oops' with. More
