Service people were friendly and attentive. However, I booked an appointment online a week ahead and filled out the fields for service needed, which were an oil change and a check engine light However, I booked an appointment online a week ahead and filled out the fields for service needed, which were an oil change and a check engine light on. When I got there they were unprepared for the check engine service and told me the check engine light was not on, but I had to correct them by having them check again and to look at the vehicle history report in my dash. Then I was told I needed to wait 3-4 hours for the diagnosis. I asked for a loaner car because that was a long time to wait and was told I needed to book it a week ahead. Well I did it online so I feel they should have caught on with the fact that I checked the box for check engine. On top of everything the service price was ridiculous expensive. More
