Nate Morris helped me purchase my new 2024 UX250h. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. We had a couple of cars to choose from helped me pick what car was best for me He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. We had a couple of cars to choose from helped me pick what car was best for me. The car was in Lindon and he personally went and picked it up. He had it all cleaned up and fueled up so I could take it home the same day. The whole experience was a positive one. I didn’t feel rushed and he paid special attention to make sure I was happy. I asked for my car to be washed but it was only vacuumed. My tank was almost empty and nothing was explained to me I guess because someone else was waiting. Last Thursday’s Diagnosis was “replace battery cable. Part was ordered. Took it in today (Tuesday)). Shop simply replaced battery terminals. When I complained about the $570 charges.
