Purchased 2012 Wrangler from dealer in November. Have returned for service 5 times. Second time, confirmed with service representative that the vehicle would be done in less than an hour. After 50 minu returned for service 5 times. Second time, confirmed with service representative that the vehicle would be done in less than an hour. After 50 minutes went to check on vehicle, service department had not even started. Two hour oil change. Today 7/10/2012 took jeep in for oil change service dept. notified me that the differentials needed to be checked. Responded that I didnt have the time and needed to get back to work and would reschedule. Service rep responded that a driver would take me to work then pick me up later. I agreed to the $170 price and went to the waiting room to wait for driver. After an hour I went back to check with the service rep about the ride. Found the shuttle driver sitting on a chair eating. Service rep informed me that he would get me a ride. I asked the rep to check on status of jeep. Jeep would be completed in 1/2 hour. After jeep was completed I recived a bill for $240.00. Rep informed me that the differentials required synthetic oil but he took off %10 of his labor. Furious, I paid the bill and left. This was the second time I was jerked around by this service department. They have no respect for anyones time. Obviously, they are not afraid to perform expensive maintenance without approval. Sleazy!!!!! More

Yevette did an outstanding job!! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I enjoyed dealing with her!! My service was done quickly and professionally, and the price was agreeable. I won't be returning to this dealership because I totally dislike the customer waiting area. I do not want to sit in the middle of the showroom floor and wait for my vehicle. The sales team at Larry H. Miller’s was very accommodating with regards to the purchase oh my 2010 Challenger. They even allowed me to drive to one of their other locations in order to test driv accommodating with regards to the purchase oh my 2010 Challenger. The employees I worked with were not pushy, they tried to meet my needs and gave me, I think, a very fair price on the car I purchased and a great price on my trade-in. The staff was all very friendly, it was a very clean environment, everything was being run very well. Chris was easily able to answer every question we had to the point we understood clearly. No one that I know of likes going in and spending a bunch of money all at once, but I feel they were able to provide us with exceptional service and a good deal. I have been unhappy when buying a car before and this was much better than past experiences I've had. We love our jeep and will consider this dealership as an option when purchasing another vehicle in the future. More
They don't listen to the customer or they don't pay any attention to you when you talk to them. I was switched from mike to chris to dave and finally found out what the deal was when I was taken into the f attention to you when you talk to them. I was switched from mike to chris to dave and finally found out what the deal was when I was taken into the finance office and I was told by mike that the payment would be $367.00 and for some reason the finance officer added 2dollars and change to the contract for a missing oil change. I am very pleased with the product that I have except that the radio does not work correctely. Now as for the salesman Chris Hebert He was great he was very helpful and honest with me. Mike Parkin was the one that told me $367.00 would be the payment and I told him $300.00 Guess it is my fault I should have walked and went home. I did return with a question about the car for Chris and he advised he had no idea how to do that but he did get a chrysler app for my cell phone that was very very helpful and took me 2 min to solve the problem. A salesman like him should be kept as this is the second car I purchased From Chris Hebert, and I would buy another from him as I am a die hard Chrysler fan. Respectively submitted Dr. Craig R.
