Surprised that Brian Johnson is still employeed as general manager given his unethical sales practices. Disappointed that both Larry H. Miller corporate and Asbury Automotive Group seem unconcerned wi general manager given his unethical sales practices. Disappointed that both Larry H. Miller corporate and Asbury Automotive Group seem unconcerned with his shady tactics. It says a lot about the company when they allow behavior like this to continue unchecked. Brian Johnson is a real piece of work — and unfortunately, so is the LHMiller group. I'll be taking my business to Ken Garff from now on, and I’ll continue sharing my experience to make sure others are aware too. More

I would never buy an extended warranty and I would never shop at Larry h. Miller bountiful. Two experiences: It cost $900 to replace a tail light on my ram truck. Not included in warranty. I had an electri shop at Larry h. Miller bountiful. Two experiences: It cost $900 to replace a tail light on my ram truck. Not included in warranty. I had an electrical problem that was covered by warranty but it took over two weeks before the warrantor would even agree to ship the parts. I get cold sweats just thinking about going to their service. More

We've brought our van in 3 times to have the same check engine code fixed. We are out thousands of dollars, have gone weeks without our car, and still have the same code showing up.
