I sent an email to several dealerships asking if they had a particular vehicle in stock. Sean immediately emailed me back saying they could get it in quickly as they had Express privileges for receiving vehi a particular vehicle in stock. He invited us in to test drive a Jeep they had in stock that we knew was not equipped as we wanted but to get the feel of the drive and see the interior. Sean is very professional and helpful without being high pressure which I appreciate in a sales person! We told him what we needed to have and what we'd prefer as options and he went right to work online and on the phones to find the nearest Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited equipped as we requested. Very quickly - within the hour- he had several choices for us. It came in when expected, Sean made sure it was detailed and ready for us when we came in. He took the time to explain all the features and give us a thorough walk-through. We Love the Jeep and will call your dealership first the next time we are looking for a vehicle.
