Larry took the time to research many different vehicles to meet my needs. He was able to find a vehicle and then educate me on how to reupholster it in the way that I wanted. On the second day we were ab to meet my needs. He was able to find a vehicle and then educate me on how to reupholster it in the way that I wanted. On the second day we were able to get the vehicle to the dealer so that I could see and drive it. That helped close the deal for me. More
The dealership seems to be pretty good to work with. The one thing that i can tell you is that i do not like to fill out a survey and in return i get another survey from it. If i have problems or questions one thing that i can tell you is that i do not like to fill out a survey and in return i get another survey from it. If i have problems or questions i will call the dealership, if I am sounding rood I dont me to. I worked in customer service for quite a few years and i believe in treating people fair even when i have an issue. If you want to call and ask me question that is fine but please don't send surveys if you want to know how i feel. More

I bought the car and b When I purchased my used car through your dealership I was told there would be a "30 Day Warrantee" on the purchase. I bought the car and brought it to my mechanic in Park City where I live. They went through the car and noted that I needed to replace all the fluids; radiator, brakes, transmission, differentials, transfer case, steering and the necessary accompanying service to those components. When I brought in the car to Larry H. Miller's Bountiful Jeep Dealership for the service necessary, I was told they would perform the work at their cost, plus (I was unsure what "plus" meant at the time, now I have a good idea). I was given the prices of the various services, Tina in the Service Dept. quoted me, "On an $89. service, I would pay $79" that kind of thing, right down their list of services. When I received the final bill I realized they may have given me the parts (or fluids) at their cost, but the labor was over half the bill! (I didn't realize there would be over $400 in labor alone performing this work!) In my need to get back to my job in Park City, I did not bring up my frustration at that point with anyone on the staff at your dealership. I still feel as though there was room to give me some form of discount on the $400+ in labor costs. Draining all those fluids at one time and replacing the fluids, performing what little "service" was actually required seems a bit excessive to charge me the full "service book guideline" for time allotted to perform the work. What did the implied warrantee save me? 10% off parts? At the Dealers retail cost? Did they include any labor in this warrantee? I don't feel this was a warrantee in any way you look at it. It amounted to a guarantee that they were assuring themselves future work at close to full retail. I saved little to nothing in the overall cost of getting my follow up service necessary to make this a reliable, trustworthy vehicle. The service which was deemed necessary in Jeeps service schedule for this vehicle. I was very pleased with the personnel at the Larry H. Miller's Bountiful Jeep Dealership. I was treated with respect and I enjoyed the process. I am just more than a little disappointed with the discount on follow up service and savings that was implied by your statement I would have a 30 day warrantee. The warrantee really did not amount to much. If I were told I'd save less than $100 on an $800+ bill, I would have said, "Sorry, I'll save the 45 minute (each way) drive to your dealership and I'll just get my local service guys to do the work. They would have matched your price without hesitation! I would recommend your dealership if it wasn't for the unfortunate way your Warrantee "follow up" seemed like a way to keep your service department busy and profitable... at my expense! Just a follow up note to the one written and submitted above. After I posted this letter I received a call from the dealer. They wanted me to be happy about my experience. They will be sending me a check to cover about half of the labor costs associated with my service cost "displeasure". I see that as a sincere effort on their part to remedy the situation, and I'm gladly accepting their offer. I would not hesitate to stop in to this dealer again, to either purchase a car or to obtain service. Thanks guys, I appreciate your interest in keeping me as a customer! More
This visit, as with every visit, I am always greeted with a smile, the work is done in a very quick, yet thorough manner. I also visited the parts department to purchase a cover for my jeep. The gentleman there was very knowledgable and professional. Overall this is by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership, and because of this, keep coming back for all my needs in regards to my vehicle! Thanks! More
Hello and good day to you! The only disappointing part of my new car purchase was the fact that before I entered into the documentation phase of my purchase I was offered two incentives on my Dodge Calibe of my new car purchase was the fact that before I entered into the documentation phase of my purchase I was offered two incentives on my Dodge Caliber, one for a '0' percent interest rate for 72 months, or a 1.9% interest rate and $1500 cash back. It was explained to me that the '0' percent rate would actually save me over the term of the loan, but some would rather have the cash and the 1.9%. I chose to run with the 1.9% and the $1500 cash back. I was afforded the 1.9% rate, but was told during the documentation phase that I could not have the $1500 cash back unless I found my own financing. When I asked for the '0' percent rate, they said I could not have that either as I had already opted for the 1.9% rate. This was ludicrous and disappointing as I had been afforded the entire incentive on the Dodge Ram 1500 that I purchased at the same time, so my credit was not in question. This part of the deal somewhat soured it. I love my vehicles thus far, but I felt and still feel deceived. I would have loved to have given you 5's all the way down the list and still would if this was resolved or explained to me in a way that actually makes sense. Both Mr. Donely and Mr. Butterfield went over the incentive plans in detail with me prior to the sale, my trust and comfort level had never been better in my many vehicle acquisitions. If their understanding of the program is deluded then perhaps some better education is in order. I brought this to the attention of your finance manager and replied to an online survey yesterday as well, but still have had no response. Thanks to you for asking, I look forward to your reply. Bad experience...I did not have a good experience with this dealership. They were very good at telling me about the Jeep I was interested in but too much pushy sales. They offered deals that I had to ta this dealership. They were very good at telling me about the Jeep I was interested in but too much pushy sales. They offered deals that I had to take on the spot or else and later came back to try other offers while taking things away from the deal. Nice guys but too pushy and to much back and forth all the way up to management. I could not believe they played the "let me get my manager to talk to you" sales technique. So in the end, I got the Jeep Grand Cherokee at the price i wanted with extras from KEN GARFF WEST VALLEY with no hassle or pushy sales. More
I had set up an appointment, and Tyson was ready with a van for me to test drive. When he didn't have exactly what we were looking for on the lot he found one in the area that he went and picked up while van for me to test drive. When he didn't have exactly what we were looking for on the lot he found one in the area that he went and picked up while we were working on the finance options with Carlos. Carlos was very good with our children (oldest is 5) while he also explained our finance options to us. He also did his best to find the best financing option so that we were paying a couple dollars less each month. More

I like the service Tech Tina that is there, she has helped me wit the last 5 Jeeps I have leased, long before LMiller moved to Bountiful. It is clean, well serviced wityh good folks that work there. Tina recommneded Rick and did a very good job of taking care of me. I wish the process took less time from beginning to end, but has always been the case. Rick did an excellent job of finding my needs, meeting them all and leasing me the new Jeep. I was very pleased. More
