This will be the third time to write to you but I will do it again in case the others don't get through. Alex Mursa and David Sickich were wonderful in getting us a great deal on our new Dodge Journey. We it again in case the others don't get through. We had traveled back to Utah from Montana to get another Dodge Journey because of the problems with the one we had gotten in July with it pulling to the right. Although it had gotten somewhat better after 3 alignments (and having bolts put into the front end in order to adjust the cambers and moving the frame of the car in order to do so,) it just wasn't like a new car should be. It created more pain for me driving the vehicle because of the problem (I have nerve damage in my arms, etc.) with my arms especially, so I was unable to drive very long distances and I didn't feel safe in it. I couldn't set-up booksignings or take care of other important things because of the car. That however, is no longer the problem. This Journey was so nice to drive home, I was able to drive some distance without having any problems. It didn't pull to the right and I FELT SAFE!!! It does have some other features the other one didn't have which is nice but feeling safe was my biggest thing. I/we are very happy with this Journey. I would like to thank Alex and Dave again for being so patient, understanding and kind. We will definetly be sending some others your way, probably in the spring even. My son is needing another car and I will be recommending Alex and your dealership to him. Possibly one of the daughters too and others also! I am with NAVAL AVIATION in San Diego Ca. but live in Utah. I trvl extensivley abroad for my work and feel at ease and comfortable knowing Tina has my best interest concerning my vehicle and when my wife or family member brings the truck in for service or mech issues... It is always a pleasure to meet with her and my granddaughter loves coming to the dealership with me....(she likes all the TV's)... More
Monday I had my first oil change on my new Jeep Compass. They also installed a bug shield and corrected the splotchy spray protective finish applied to my dash when I first got my car. I helped my 21 years old daughter buy a car and thought I had everything negotiated but then I have to leave her to wrap up the deal and the finance dept tacked on over $2000 of unnecessary add-ons such as e had everything negotiated but then I have to leave her to wrap up the deal and the finance dept tacked on over $2000 of unnecessary add-ons such as exterior and interior service ($500 each) and $995 for a 5 year/100,000 mile warranty but the car we bought was a 2011 and already had a 7 year/100,000 mile warranty. I'm still trying to reverse some of the redundant charges but it's taking a lot of my time and a huge hassle dealing with the Bountiful Larry H. Miller dealership. More

We were greeted as soon as we walked into the dealership with smiling faces. Gabriel was very friendly and helpful in finding the perfect Jeep for us. When I arrived, Tina met me with a smile, quickly got us through the paperwork for a emissions and safety inspection, told me it was part of the service package I had purchased sometime ago (something I ha through the paperwork for a emissions and safety inspection, told me it was part of the service package I had purchased sometime ago (something I ha forgotten), determined that I was going to wait and sent me to the waiting room. A while later she came and mentioned that my windshield had a chip, and asked me if I wanted it filled (I didn't know LHM did that or I would have ordered it when I arrived). I told her I did want it filled. She fought with her computer for a while trying to get an insurance authorization. I think she went ahead and had the repair done while she was trying to get the authorization. She finally got connected to the claims processor, put me on the phone to provide the information they wanted from me and got the authorization to do the work. She let me know when it was done. The cashier quickly took care of the state registration for me and I departed a highly satisfied customer. I really don't know how this experience could have been any better. Give Tina a raise. She's very good at what she does. More

They showed me the incredible features of my brand new vehicle and encouraged me. Everyone was very kind and understanding as they walked me through the purchasing process and I could not have received a better price at any other dealership. More
