I would never recommend this dealership! They were extremely pushy! We did get a good deal on the truck that we purchased. However there was such a mess with their finance department that it ended up extremely pushy! We did get a good deal on the truck that we purchased. They don't keep record of who money is coming from and where it is going to the point that it was absolutely ridiculous! The transaction was unprofessional. Never again will Larry H. Very satisfied with Dave and Chris. They were very helpful, patient, answered my questions, and worked with me on the price. I was less impressed with the finance guy who did all the paperwork before helpful, patient, answered my questions, and worked with me on the price. I was less impressed with the finance guy who did all the paperwork before I left the dealership. He sold me an extended warranty that wasnt exactly what I thought I was getting. His verbal explaination did not match the written description I read after I agreed to buy the extended warranty and was home. I would definetley recommend the dealership because they were friendly, knowledgible, and had good pricing. The overall atmosphere of the dealership felt open and comfortable too. More

Everything in the negotiation process went as it usually does, but we finally came to an agreement. When I came to the dealership, I was told I owed an additional $1,000 not including my $500 deposit. In does, but we finally came to an agreement. When I came to the dealership, I was told I owed an additional $1,000 not including my $500 deposit. In order to correct this situation, I had to show email messages to verify the negotiated price. I was later advised that a mistake had been made and that I was being charged twice for the 430N Media Center. Then, I was told that my trade-in had lost $250 because I had in for an additional month. I offered to give the trade-in before the vehicle I ordered came in, but was told to hold onto it. All in all, I wonder if I hadn't caught the overcharge and paid the bill as presented, if I would have received a refund or even if anyone would have noticed the discrepancy. There was never any mention that I would lose an additional $250 on my trade-in or I would have turned it over to the dealership sooner. It seemed like last minute tactics to get a little more money from me, the customer. Had I not contested the stated amount, I would have been out an additional $1,000. Could this have been an inadvertent error? That's possible. However the claim loss in value for one month seems odd since there was no mention of that up front, only when I am about to take delivery. More
We had went to Bountiful Dodge about 4 months ago to see about trading in our Chrysler Town and Country and look at getting into a used Durango or pacifica. They told us that our credit was not the best and we were upside down in our Town and Country. So, we left quietly and kinda embarrassed of our situation. The last month or so we keep getting phone calls and emails saying to come back in. Corey talked to Holly and told her everything we went through on our last visit and we would only come in if she was able to make things work. She said that they could make this work this time. We drove from Tremonton to Bountiful an hour drive and money for gas and we get there they make us fill out another application and run my credit again to be told the same exact things they told us last time to once again throw it in our faces that our credit is horrible. This just seems so discriminating to us. I feel like if they were not able to work with us the first time, why call us and call us telling us you can make things work this time. When they don't know they can! I am very upset and I feel like we were lied to. I really feel that they need to pay for our gas and time going there under false pretenses. We are very upset and we will not ever recommend this dealership to anyone else. We had some medical issues that had come unexpectedly with two girls having disabilities and that is why our credit is soo bad and to keep having it throwing in our face is not the way to go. We are trying to get out of our messes and make it right and this is what is thrown our way. Thank you! More
They are snakes and liars. I was told by two different salesmen that I would not need a co-signer for a Jeep Wrangler because of my good credit and good income. Carlos, called me and told me they werent able to finance the deal without a co signer. I called back and left a message stating that as far as I was concerned the deal was done and that they would have to come up with the extra money on account of their mistake. The general manager called me two hours later. The general manager explained to me why it was necessary for his sales staff to lie to me. He said somthing on the lines of: "If it's late on a Saturday we'll do everything we can to get you into a car, we tell the customer his finance options and we hope it will work out, sometimes it works out and sometimes not." They are threatening to take my Jeep back within seven days if I dont come up with a co signer. The state will be notified of the way they do business. I can only hope this review will stop enough business so they lose more money than what my Jeep is worth. I'll will be posting this same complainent in every single meduim in Utah circulation. Social media is a dangerous thing to a busniess. The fact the the review process states; "If your review does not answer "Why" you have given the rating you have, it will not be accepted," is a good indicator of the calibur of this busniess. More
