My car is worse now after you guys serviced it. You told me that EVERYTHING was good with the car an that was not true. Now my car says it has electrical issues. I had a great experience with Steve in the service Dept, but the dealership had my vehicle for almost 2 months for a simple fix. Then when it came to picking up my vehicle the dealership had the audacity to but the dealership had my vehicle for almost 2 months for a simple fix. Then when it came to picking up my vehicle the dealership had the audacity to charge me over 1,000 dollars in labor! DONT BRING YOUR vehicle to LAKE CHEVROLET! More
Nick was awesome to work with as we were looking for a new car for awhile and with the lack of availability for certain vehicles up north, we made the 5 hour trip to the dealership to find our new car and new car for awhile and with the lack of availability for certain vehicles up north, we made the 5 hour trip to the dealership to find our new car and it was so easy and seemless as Nick did all the heavy work us!! He went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to drive and use our new vehicle and showed us all the bells and whistles as I feel we are technology challenged! He even set up our first oil change at the dealership near our home and synced up my phone to the car. I would definitely recommend working with Nick if you are in the market for a car! More
