We had to go to a wedding in the Dells the next day and then drive to Denver just as we were getting winter weather. Craig got us in immediately to fix our heater, which was expedited and repaired before then drive to Denver just as we were getting winter weather. So we didn't miss a beat and didn't have to drive back to Denver without heat and an iced over windshield in temperatures ranging from 20 to 35 degrees. More
