Have tried to get someone to contact me about some of the “add-ones” I purchased with my car and they have been wholly unresponsive. I bought my car in feb just about a week before Covid lockdowns and gettin “add-ones” I purchased with my car and they have been wholly unresponsive. I bought my car in feb just about a week before Covid lockdowns and getting sick myself and was supposed to get a seat coating but have been paying for it. Definitely disappointed in the no follow up. The only reason I like the dealership is because of their service department and employee Steve Thomas who works there. Very good at his job. Upset I am paying for something they have not delivered! And something they made sound like was included in the purchase come to find out it was an add on that I didn’t need but now still have not received. That to me is very dishonest. I did like the salesman but this should not have occurred. More
