The staff at Krenzen were very helpful with all the needs of purchasing, financing & servicing my vehicle. I recommend anybody looking for a vehicle to go to Krenzen and see Gary Cora - he goes the extra mile. More

Perfect service no joke! I just want to say that the krenzen dealership is amazing. Your staff is excellent. Your front desk girl was really polite(and pretty, nice plus!) and I just want to say that the krenzen dealership is amazing. Your staff is excellent. Your front desk girl was really polite(and pretty, nice plus!) and your service department guy was really really awesome. Like, I was a dick and he understood my frustration. He handled me with genuine respect and concern. Thank you for explaining in detail how the entire problem occurred. I am mechanically smart and only wanted to see if you were lying to me. Thank you sir. Keep up what you are doing and you have gained a faithful honda buyer. It's hard to come by a good dealership and service department. Has anyone seen how disgusting duluth dodge is? I'm sorry duluth dodge, but you need a whole new staff. You lied about a vehicle being purchased in that you would change out the rotors and pads for free. You did not honor that to my family member. I will fly to Florida before I buy a vehicle from you crooks. Or the Subaru and ford dealerships sleezy salesmen? Don't know about the VW place Cuz those cars blow. Get an audi if you want that style. I hope honda gives you the proper credit you all deserve krenzen. Never have i had a better experience, and actually didn't feel I was being lied to. If there is a number I can call to tell honda that you proudly and accurately represent the Honda name I would gladly call them for you. If anyone wants perfect professional services I highly recommend krenzen. Thank you krenzen team. You have made my car troubles go as smooth as possible and I am absolutely appreciative of it. Give your employees a xxxx raise! Or at least your cute receptionist and Richard, who are two true assets to your establishment and make your dealership stand out above the rest. Please give him and her recognition for their impact on my perception of your dealership. But I assume all your staff is on par with them. Thank you again, and I will post this on any review site I can. You all deserve to be recognized! I don't want to post my name but he will know, if you want to contact me on how to tell honda, or any company you represent. Thank you so much. More

Within a few weeks we heard grinding sounds and contacted the sales manager Bob McDonald. He said they would take it as a trade for $1,500 LESS than I paid 3 weeks prior (and I had only paid $5,800 for the car)! We decided to stick it out with the car because I pulled everything I had plus every loan I could pull to get the car in the first place. Within the first 6 months I had to replace 3 belts AND put a new engine in the car ($1900 total). The following 2 months (8 months into having the car) I had to replace 2 internal computer systems (I don't remember what the mechanic called them) $800 EACH for parts. I had another one go out today (which runs my head lights so I now have no head lights and commute 45 minutes to superior everyday for work. This new part is going to be $1200 for the parts alone, not including labor) and I have had the car for less than a year. KRENZEN IS CRAP! DO NOT USE THEM! More
Don't buy a car from Krenzen My son bought a Ford Escape (used) from Krenzen last fall. It started make horrible noises and the engine seemed to be shifting. They charged him $580 My son bought a Ford Escape (used) from Krenzen last fall. It started make horrible noises and the engine seemed to be shifting. They charged him $580 to "fix" it, telling him they'd taken it for a road test and it was fine. It was not. Nothing had changed. $2800 later his car has been repaired by a transmission service. Krenzen sells lemons. More
My husband had seen a Ford Edge on the Under 10K lot and wanted me to go look at it. I drove it and loved it. We asked if we could take it for the night in order to have a mechanic look at it due to the h wanted me to go look at it. I drove it and loved it. We asked if we could take it for the night in order to have a mechanic look at it due to the high miles. On the way home, the sunroof quit working and when looking it over we found garbage under the seats, rotting food as well. I was disgusted. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and look at another vehicle. They offered me a VERY low price for trade in on my car, so I said I was going to sell it on my own. I sold it, made sure the car I wanted was still there and immediately went to purchase it. We were denied because someone else has expressed interest but had no claim on the car. We were told that we would know if we could buy the car first thing in the morning by Nick. I called at 11 AM and was told that we wouldn't know until 1 PM by Tom. We didn't hear from anyone until 3:30 PM. At this point I had done research on the car and find out it was being listed for quite a bit above book and that it had been on the lot since November 2012 (8 months). It had expired tabs and that no one had given us an honest answer since we walked foot on the dealership. I didn't even want the car anymore, but was in a bind since I had just sold my car. We went to the dealer, gave them a fair offer on the car, we were denied, so we left. I will NEVER use Krenzen again. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEIR MAINTENANCE SHOP FOR REPAIRS. We had warranty repair work done on our newly purchased used sedan. The shop failed to give us our car back in TO THEIR MAINTENANCE SHOP FOR REPAIRS. We had warranty repair work done on our newly purchased used sedan. The shop failed to give us our car back in a safe operating condition. This dealership does not care about the people who buy cars from them, nor do they stand behind their work. More
I purchase a $15000 vehicle from Krenzen, a few days after I discovered that the wipers did not work. I called them to see if I had to make an appointment or if I could just come down (I live about 1 1/ after I discovered that the wipers did not work. I called them to see if I had to make an appointment or if I could just come down (I live about 1 1/2 hour away) I never relieved a call back from the salesman that sold me the vehicle until I left a voice mail with Holly Krenzen who basically told Don Kruger to call me back. He told me I could come down and they would check it but wasn't going to say if they could fix it or not. When we got there they turned the wiper on and it swiped across once and they said it worked fine. They then told me to take it across the road to the Dodge dealer (I purchased a Dodge Ram). When I spoke their head mechanic he did some more checking and said that from his 3 minute assessment he would say its in the relay switch. SO I returned to Krenzen and they changed out the switch. A few days later when it rained again I discovered that the wipers still did not work. I called Krenzen and I had to call Holly Krenzen again before the salesman called back. He had gotten my voice mail at the time and just left a message that they already did all they were going to do with it, to bring to a Dodge dealer on my own dime. I realize the wipers are a relatively small item but A)I paid $15000 for the vehicle, the wipers could at least work B)The salesman was nice as can be to sell me the vehicle but the after service wasn't there C)and the salesman couldn't call me back on any of my voice messages until I called the owner. D)the salesman didn't need to be so rude when he left the message on my voice mail. More
Horrible customer satisfaction; I bought a car then the tabs expired and I was unable to get new ones because they were slow getting the title going. Got a ticket from the county that they wouldn't pay for tabs expired and I was unable to get new ones because they were slow getting the title going. Got a ticket from the county that they wouldn't pay for. PISSED. Then, a few weeks after I had it the brakes started squeaking horribly. Called them they said there was nothing they could do. I had to have someone else call, then finally they said they would take care of the situation. Took the care in, less than 10 mins later they said the brakes were safe. Not happy with these people, the brakes may be safe but I don't want them to squeak. If you spend nearly 20 grand somewhere you think they would do all they can to make you happy. NOT these people.
