David Henkel is absolutely the best salesperson! I called him about one thing early on, then entirely switched gears and he was so encouraging and helpful, and got me into the right vehicle for me. I love their no pressure approach, and they gave us a great deal on a trade-in -- so much better than selling it myself! We had a wonderful experience and I love my new car. Krenzen was recommended to us by our neighbors and we would 100% recommend them, too. David was awesome and was not at all pushy. He listened to us, let us ask questions and was informative. Then sitting down with Adam to sign the papers was smooth and he didn't push us to add the extra warranty. Both were real with us and treated us as people, not as another sale. David also checked up on us after the sale. About two weeks after there was a creaking sound and they got me right in and gave me a rental for the day while they fix the issue on them. It truly is one of a kind service at Krenzen.
