This is my third car-buying experience with Krenzen and I could not be happier. Howie was so attentive and kind while helping me find the vehicle that I wanted. Pete was the Nissan whiz that helped me figure out all of the different features when I went in to pick up my new car, he answered all of my questions and some questions I didn’t even know that I had and was so personable while doing so. Once it was time to move on to the paperwork portion, I worked with Gary - another great asset to the Krenzen team. Gary took his time to explain my financing options as well as any add-ons I may be interested in. After purchasing the vehicle I’ve had calls from Howie and Pete, to check in and see how things are going and to be sure I’m satisfied.
