Campsite alternator/battery break -Customer service, Erik and Tony-Service Advisor, Scott V.-Sales Mgr, Scott J.-Sales, and Richard-Shuttle. Campsite alternator/battery breakdown, on the north shore, 3 hours from home, Team Krenzen really came through in a pinch! It’s a crazy, busy world, but I was enjoying some quiet down time, driving and camping by the Great Lake Superior (well, maybe the lake was a little less than quiet and a bit more wild, on this cooler, windy, beautiful crashing waves, summer day). My Honda 2012 Odyssey, with 188,000 miles of adventures logged, decided she needed an adventure break-down! Bummer! Allison took our call, got us set up with Erik and Tony in service, who squeezed us in for service and saved us from an unexpected, overnight hotel stay, instead of our beautiful shoreline campground. Still, we had the pleasure of meeting Richard on our shuttle to the hotel, while we waited for service. Since we had the day to make a new plan, Scott V. and Scott J. We’re very kind to take the time to show me a newer, used Honda Pilot, just in case I find the heart to give up “Big Booty Judy” (you can edit this out of necessary😬). Now the tough choice; If “Judy” is traded in, to buy or not to buy, new or used, minivan or something a little smaller and sportier? Scott V. and Scott J. gave me some solid information to think about and even shared thoughts of Honda teams closer to home, for future reference, if necessary. Job finished, just in the nick of time, back on the road, by the end of the day! Wheeew! Thank you, Team Krenzen Honda! Big Booty Judy is hopefully headed out for one more camping adventure, this time with my daughter, who grew up in this Honda-mini-home-van-taxi-shuttle-Odyssey, adventurer! Life IS an adventure. See you next time, Honda! ~Julie More
