They did recall work on my vehicle. The vehicle was making strange noises when I got it back. Took it to our repair shop. They said the vehicle was a death trap and they did not understand why the recall work was even done. They said it was so dangerous the dealer should not have let it drive out of the service bay. Contacted the dealership who would not let me talk to the general manager. Ended up talking to the service manager. He advised the recall work was just a band aid and he would not want the repair on his personal vehicle. I advised that our repair shop said it was dangerous to drive. The service manager replied that the resulting accident would injure me but it wouldn't kill me. I ended the call because I could notprocess his response and his total disregard for my safety as well as that of everyone else on the road. More
