Koons Loyalty to Customers I was having my Volvo serviced at Koons Ownings Mills and spoke to the Assistant Service Manager, Bruce Silvers about trading two of my cars in on a 2 I was having my Volvo serviced at Koons Ownings Mills and spoke to the Assistant Service Manager, Bruce Silvers about trading two of my cars in on a 2017 Takoma Truck and asked if Koons Toyota would be interested. Within an hour, I received a call from Mr. George Thompson, New Car Sales Manager at Koons Toyota Westminster. George was formally with Koons Volvo and remembered selling me three Volvos in years past. I asked George to give me his best deal and reminded him I have been with Koons for 20 years. Bottom line: I bought the truck. Trade in values were higher than I expected, the service was exceptional, salesman Brooks Hoffman outstanding! Kudos to Bruce, George and Brooks for exceeding all expectations. They are the reason why I am totally loyal to the entire Koons organization. More

Bought a new used car This experience was awesome the staff were so friendly with everything they even took us out to lunch while we were waiting for the car to process. Online they said it came with and sunroof but when we got here it didn't have one but they said they would get one built for free. I really enjoyed buying my first car from koons I will definitely be a returning customer! Waiting room is very clean, nice chairs, tables, etc. Also phone charging machine for your cell. hot coffee, all kinds of up to date magazines and a nice large TV. What more can you ask for. Also noted a room off the waiting room for children. What a great idea. All in all what .more could you ask for. All employees answer any questions and you just know they are thinking of you. Almost a overlook an that is the lighting in the waiting area-just great for reading a book, etc. I give it five stars. More

Buying the Rav4 Limited I texted Kory, the salesman who I was working with about the vehicle early in the day. He immediately responded and gave us a great deal on the car. We stopped by that evening and purchased it and we couldn't be happier. There were a few things that I needed thrown into the deal to make it happen and he was very fair and accommodating. He didn't try to shove anything down our throats and we got the warranty we wanted as well. We were very relaxed during the process and Kory did a great job just being "real" not skirting any issue or being pushy. My dad purchased a new 4Runner limited there as well and both experiences were very positive and I look forward to working with Koons again in the future. Thanks for a great experience. More
