Selling a vehicle with brake pads that would require replacement from a dealership (not a private seller) within a month or less is not the type of conduct I would find ethical, nor would anyone else in the market to purchase from a dealership find this to be acceptable behavior. Having to sink further money into a dealer-purchased vehicle which was not at all a cheap investment in the first place is not what anyone would consider acceptable. Between the wasted time in communication, the time and mileage spent returning to the dealership to attempt to address these issues that ultimately I was left to address myself I see no reason to reach out any further. IF you or your dealership wanted to make the situation right, you have my contact information and could have contacted me directly to attempt to come to some type of mutually reasonable resolution instead of leaving a response to a negative review purely for PR reasons. I purchased a vehicle from another dealership previously at the beginning of the pandemic which was unable to be inspected for nearly half a year before it was finally able to have the paperwork processed for the title on it allowing it to be inspected. The vehicle that dealership sold me was driven from the day it was purchased until it had an inspection without any maintenance other than an oil change performed prior to the inspection and it passed without any issues. I purchase your vehicle and it could not even make it less than one month without failing an inspection due to safety equipment. If I could publish photographs to this site so potential purchasers could see the condition of the equipment removed from the vehicle it would speak far more volumes than words ever would.
