my engine needed to be replaced. YIKES with 46000 miles on my car. It was a manu flaw but even so Ford didn’t cover it. Koons seems to have done a good job. the car runs fine. When a customer has significant work done - could you wash the car as a courtesy. i’ve never had a dealer that didn’t do this.
