Wonderful experience at Koons. Set my appt on my app, was greeted immediately when I arrived, and Mike White was assigned to help me with my two repairs/concerns. Tommy was very attentive to my specific needs, he breaks the stereotype of the sleazy car salesman and I feel like he actually had my best interests in mind when choosing my Bronco.
