Everyone was so helpful - from the time I made the appointment about three weeks before service through the day I picked the car up. When the service was going to go over to another day, I was asked i appointment about three weeks before service through the day I picked the car up. Your service department has always been good. I do think having the Service Rep check out the customer rather than a cashier slows the Rep's down too much and they are harder to get hold of.
