Usually very excellent service (over 5 times) but the last time I had to immediately return to shop after a mile or so out when my truck started "bucking" the whole time. I called service to have someone come out to my location to evaluate my issue but nobody at the service dept. answered my phone calls. I made it back slowly (truck bucking the whole time) to the shop, and the issue was found and repaired in less than 10 minutes after arriving It was discovered that the air intake hose was mistakenly left unconnected to the carburetor. Chuck helped me and my mom purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla and was super helpful from the first point of looking at the car to driving it off the lot.
