I have purchased my last three Explorers from Koons and have had all of them services there. Mike Treas has been my service rep for all of them and he has never let me down. I took the car in because of an antifreeze smell. It turned out when they did the service the previous month they cross threaded the radiator fill cap and it was leaking there.
