Do your homework before purchasing a used vehicle from them I purchased a 2013 Toyota Tundra truck from the Klamath Falls Lithia Toyota Dealership about 5 months ago. I was told it didn't come with any remote I purchased a 2013 Toyota Tundra truck from the Klamath Falls Lithia Toyota Dealership about 5 months ago. I was told it didn't come with any remote entry devices, but I could get one programmed at any Lithia dealership. I attempted that in Medford Lithia Toyota dealership, and twice they have told me my truck doesn't have the computer installed that would allow for keyless entry. I then submitted a disapproving survey (received via email) regarding my purchase of the truck and the resulting misinformation I was given about the features of the truck. “Sarge”, a customer service representative from the Klamath Falls Lithia Toyota dealership, called me regarding my survey, and I told him my issue. He said he would investigate the issue and get back to me. He left me a voicemail stating that the truck did indeed leave the factory with the ability to have keyless entry, but was then outfitted with a work truck package, which removed that ability. He said his salesmen had no way of knowing that when the vehicle was sold to me. I called and talked to “Sarge” a second time, and he basically told me the value of this situation is only worth about a couple of tanks of gas. Seriously? According to the Medford Lithia dealership, to have the actual computer installed that I thought I was purchasing with the truck would cost several thousands of dollars, and potentially up to $5,000. “Sarge” also stated I could just come down, trade it in and purchase another vehicle. That is definitely not going to happen. My problem with this scenario is that I feel like I’m being told I’m out of luck and just deal with the fact that I’m paying for a truck that doesn’t have all of the features I was told it had. I’ve recently talked to the General Manager of the dealership and he indicated that they aren’t willing to buy the truck back, but he is willing to pay a partial amount of an aftermarket keyless entry system, or I could trade the truck in and purchase another truck from them. My biggest issue with this scenario is that I feel like I paid an inflated price for features I didn’t receive and they’re not willing to correct the problem, and my trust with this dealership is gone regarding doing any additional business with them. I have been going to Lithia Dodge for 2 years and I haven’t been the happiest of customers. Today I went there to get oil changed they said if will be a 3+ hour wait. I expressed my unhappiness. They suggested I go back down Washburn Way to Lithia Toyota. I went there, the staff was so friendly and great service! Thanks to Daniel Bridgeman for all of his help. This is my place of service and I’ll be sure to recommend them! Thanks again guys great job!! More

New Lithia Toyota is even better! I was afraid that the new location would bring lower quality of service, as I have experienced in other retailers/service centers in town.
