First I had to talk to three different people to get assistance. I'm doing everything online and I explained the situation they then did not respond for a day and when they did it was answer these quest assistance. I was trading in a stock brand new vehicle and they couldn't go on a website and answer their own questions they forced me to do a yes or no for 30 questions. Not really a big thing but kind of annoying when I said repeatedly it's a stock vehicle 2 months old. Then they offered me 30% depreciation on a 2-month-old vehicle saying they talked to another dealership and listen to their advice. 30% depreciation in 2 months. I was building a Toyota 4Runner on Toyota's website to determine what features I wanted. Afterward, there was a link that I used to view local inventory. I came across what I wanted from Klamath Falls Toyota and called them. I spoke with David Delaney and determined that the vehicle was still available. Because it was near the dealer's closing time, I offered to call back in the morning but Mr. Delaney pressed me to commit on the vehicle. I texted him images of both my and my wife's driver's licenses and insurance information, as requested. In the morning, Mr. Delaney followed up with me regarding the purchase to clarify how much money down I would pay as well as financing needs. It was only after this that he said that the dealer made a "mistake" on the vehicle's advertised price and said that it would increase by about $1,500. When I expressed that I was disappointed, Mr. Delaney said that he would speak with his manager. Five hours later, he said that he was "sorry" that he got distracted and that he would get an answer regarding the vehicle price. That was the last time that I heard from him. And he stopped answering his phone. This dealership apparently uses BAIT AND SWITCH tactics and, when you question it, they stop dealing with you. I am extremely uncomfortable that they have my personal information and angry with the way that I was treated. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More
I recently dealt with the used car dept. at Lithia Toyota in Klamath Falls. I was calling from a distance of over 300 miles away. He was slow and avoided answering my questions....repeatedly. I really think he did not want me to purchase the truck I was looking at for my son when I didn't fall at his feet and take his first counter offer. This sure isn't the way of things when buying a new Toyota. I've purchased 4 Toyota's in the last 20 years...for ourselves and our kids. So sorry Toyota!!!...Don't go here if you want answers to your questions or want to make a cash purchasel!!! More

I purchased a lifetime warranty. The representative in charge stated he would take another look, he did and the work that needed doing cost much less than originally scheduled.
