So overall the experience was good, but some aspects were not clear. We were paying cash, so the options of transferring money were not discussed upfront. Also when we received the car the car had a couple of scratches inside, and it was told by Chris (colleague of travis) that this will be sent for warranty claim. has been more than a week and we have not heard about it. Also we drove the car from oregon to california and the tire pressure was at 47 psi. The car is rated at 33 psi. That indicates that it was throughly prepped for delivery. I also glad nothing happened along the way with the tyres exploding with pressure but this should have been checked before delivery. specially when the everyone knew that we will be driving the car back. Extremely poor after market service from this dealership. We purchased and paid in full for our vehicle. Only one key fob was provided. I bought a Tacoma truck. I paid for a 3 inch lift. It took them over a month to get the truck to me. 3 times they had to redo it. They also owe me money on a bumper they never installed and I’ve been waiting for a credit for over a month. They did say they were sorry multiple times. I agreed. Truly they are sorry! They gave me a key chain for my trouble. Parts department, and sales would just deflect and tell me to talk to a manager. Only to find managers were always in a meeting. First I had to talk to three different people to get assistance. I was trading in a stock brand new vehicle and they couldn't go on a website and answer their own questions they forced me to do a yes or no for 30 questions. Not really a big thing but kind of annoying when I said repeatedly it's a stock vehicle 2 months old. Then they offered me 30% depreciation on a 2-month-old vehicle saying they talked to another dealership and listen to their advice. 30% depreciation in 2 months.
