Exceeded Expectations I own a Ford Escape. I live in Pittsburgh, but decided to contact Klaben Ford, Kent, OH based on high praise from Jerry Reynolds on "Car Pro" radio sh I own a Ford Escape. I live in Pittsburgh, but decided to contact Klaben Ford, Kent, OH based on high praise from Jerry Reynolds on "Car Pro" radio show, and my sister, a customer. I contacted Kim Wolfram to buy tires with good mileage ratings that were made in USA. She found great tires with a rebate. Technicians discovered the rear brakes were in need of replacement and an alignment was recommended. Between the tires, alignment and new brakes, the drive home from the dealership was so much better than the drive to the dealership! From the initial entry in the service door, to the drive off the lot to go home, the employees I encountered were helpful, courteous and professional. The 200 mile round-trip drive, turnpike tolls and gasoline, to get to Klaben Ford were worth it! More

Service to my brand new Escape. When my lease was up I decided to lease with Klaben again. I had such a great experience with the sales portion of things and I would recommend them to others. My brand new vehicle had some trouble with the retraction unit on the rear seat belt. I went straight to the dealership spoke with my wonderful salesman Roscoe he called on his cell phone right then and there from the parking lot to schedule me an appointment the very following Monday with the service group. I came in at 7:30 in the morning and the service man named Brandon gave me all the information that I needed, he led me to the lounge and made sure I had coffee and breakfast. It ended up that I had to have the part ordered from the manufacturer so they put me in a rental immediately oh, no hassle no charge. My vehicle was complete and I had such a good experience they were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I have had the very best experience imaginable within the last 3 years, this is my second lease with them and I cannot imagine working with any other dealership moving forward.
