Even though it was a little disappointing to have a transmission/clutch issue so early in my car's life, this is not the fault of the staff there. I took my car in on a Saturday and it was ready to go by Monday before close. The clutch issue was under warranty. They applied my discount to the oil change automatically. They also took a look at an issue I had with wind noise and added insulation at no charge. The service people noted the alignment was off on my back wheels. While that was an expense I was not prepared for, I also could not be completely surprised with all the pot holes in the area. They fixed all those different issues very quickly. They also were able to get me in a rental vehicle during the weekend with no hassle at all. More

Rewarding Experience I was at Quick Lanes getting a regular oil change with tire rotation. They called my attention to the excessive tread wear on my 2015 Goodyear tires. Since the tires had a 70,000 mile warranty and I had only put 30,000 on them, I went back to where I purchased them...no coverage. They suggested I go back to the dealership to have the suspension checked out. As soon as I met Mike, he knew what the problem was--driving on overinflated tires. That made sense. My 2007 Fusion had old changes every 3,000-4,000 miles. My 2013 Escape only required oil changes every 6,000 miles so they weren't adjusted as they should have been. As a widow, what did I know? Mike and I made a plan--a new tire, tire rotation and alignment and have the pressure checked often.
