So i call figured why not mind well call, and I had the pleasure to talk to one of the best service advisor i have ever delt with in my life. Customer service is everything. Sometimes now a days it's hard to find trusting customer service people that actually care, I work at homedepo and I try to treat people with honestly and fairness, but I felt like I was in great hands as if it was me doing it with Carli Ramage, I swear this woman needs a raise or a award, best experience I ever had, and also the staff that took part in helping with my car deserves a award to. I'll never go anywhere else from now on after this experience, I'll drive a hr to klaben ford in kent for anything on my car just because of Carli!!!! great service at Klaben the staff when I arrived was very curious and helpful, it was so good I took a short nap while waiting on my car. Sync Repair I went to Klaben to have a new module installed for my Sync system. My cell phone and Sync system frequently refuse to recognize each other. I have I went to Klaben to have a new module installed for my Sync system. My cell phone and Sync system frequently refuse to recognize each other. I have had this repaired several times. This time it was decided that a new module was needed. As usual, the service was prompt. My technician said it was determined that it would take a long time so they brought me home. I was grateful because I wasn't feeling well. I was able to rest at home until I was picked up. I know I can always count on Klaben to provide a pleasant experience and my car and I will both be giving caring attention. I am hoping that by replacing the module I won't be going back to Klaben three or four times every year to have my phone and car reconnected as I have had to do in the past. More
