ESC repairs of steering gear and AC compressor Klaben service people (Kyle and Mike) were excellent as always, I normally work with Mike and Kyle helped out this time. I was disappointed to learn Klaben service people (Kyle and Mike) were excellent as always, I normally work with Mike and Kyle helped out this time. I was disappointed to learn that my ESC (extended service contract) did NOT cover a broken third seat back, which has a clearly under-engineered structural system (plastic? really?); I completely recognize this problem is caused 100% by Ford Motor Co engineering (or lack of) and 0% caused by Klaben Ford. More

Recall They went all over the car for me, repaired the recall problem and found that I had oil leaking in my back shocks.... so they replaced them!
