I was recently in a rear end collision, I notified my salesperson same day, and he recommended Chris is the Body Shop and before I could call and inquire, Chris called me right away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Chris, who I found to be courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. The initial assessment of my vehicle was thorough, and he took the time to explain the necessary repairs in detail, providing a clear and transparent estimate as well as working to secure a rental car. We bought 2 trucks and a Lincoln Corsair off of Roscoe Woodberry and my husband still goes into the dealership to talk to him every time we go there.
