I recently had the pleasure of working with Service Advisor Shelby Wiley at Klaben Ford Service Center, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service I received. When I first spoke with Sh Advisor Shelby Wiley at Klaben Ford Service Center, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service I received. When I first spoke with Shelby over the phone and explained my concerns with my truck, Shelby demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about my vehicle’s current issues. From the moment I entered the service garage, Shelby showed a great deal of professionalism. She approached me, introduced herself, and began to check my vehicle in. Shelby explained everything in detail, making sure I understood the necessary process of the warranty repair. I also explained my issue with another local dealership, and Shelby never spoke ill of them. She stayed professional. What stood out the most was her commitment to keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process. I greatly appreciated her constant communication, which helped alleviate any concerns I had. Shelby was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the experience much easier. Unfortunately, I did not meet the Service Technician Tyler. I will say that my vehicle had almost 200 more miles than when I dropped it off. That clearly tells me that Tyler took the time to investigate my concerns. He also gave, in great detail, his findings and any repairs he completed. Tyler the truck is running GREAT!!! Thank you! My old battery finally gave it up from the cold and my really old battery charger died as well so I couldn't drive to Klaben. I knew they had mobile service so called and Rachael was very good setting u really old battery charger died as well so I couldn't drive to Klaben. I knew they had mobile service so called and Rachael was very good setting up a mobile service call after first making sure they had the right battery for my car. After confirming that Rachael called and we confirmed the mobile service and Dylan was there in half an hour. Removed the now 8 yr old battery and had the new one installed quickly. Started the car, which had set for 3 days, and ran it before doing a restart and was done quickly! I should add Klaben is the only place I've had my car worked on and this time they did their usual excellent job, less than 2 hours from my first call! More
