I have been, over the past 10+ years, buying and servicing each and every car, truck and SUV purchased. Not once have I been disappointed - quite the opposite in fact. I experienced problems with an AC repair on my 2012 Ford Fusion which proved extremely difficult to diagnose and fix and resulted in Klaben Ford having to keep my car for 7 weeks. Sean Bradford and Shelby Fusion which proved extremely difficult to diagnose and fix and resulted in Klaben Ford having to keep my car for 7 weeks. Sean Bradford and Shelby appreciated that this was a most unusual situation and kept in touch with me regularly. I don't think I ever went more than two days without getting a call to give me a status report on the vehicle. In addition to providing regular updates, they insisted on providing a rental car for me once it was recognized that it was going to take an abnormally long period of time to complete the repair. The regular communications and updates that they provided assured me that they had not forgotten about me, and their willingness to work with me on a repair that turned out to be a true "head scratch" speaks volumes about the culture and commitment to service at Klaben Ford.
