Dave was welcoming and helpful. He took the time to listen to my situation, look at all the options, and work with others in the dealership to exhaust every avenue. Christine was a bright spot in the usually tedious task of paperwork and unbelievably efficient. And Richard took the time to talk one on one with me, look at my situation and guide me in the best direction financially for me personally. In the end, the Klaben team and Dave found me a brand new vehicle, were able to take my car as trade, get me approval without a cosigner for my loan AND significantly lower my payment. My hopeless situation at 10am became a miracle by noon and my financial future is now on the right track. The Klaben team was more concerned with looking at my long term situation and helping me build my credit rather than just shoving me into a car and another 72 month purchase that would only keep me in debt.
