I purchased my first car today, over the phone no less, and Nate Bryant was awesome. Super easy guy to talk to, answered all my questions easily and I was confident he helped me make a great choice. Jenn Bowen was such a sweetheart. She had all the paperwork ready to go, so the finance aspect went fairly quickly. She was quick and concise in explaining everything to me. She was forthright about warranties and never tried to supersale me, just showed me my options. On top of that, all the other guys at the Klaben Group were so friendly. I did have to wait some time because you can’t rush some things, and they all stopped and chatted a bit, offering beverages and smiles. Great place, great people, great experience.
