I took my Lincoln MKC into the Klaben body shop after an accident and could not have been more pleased! They took my vehicle on time for my appointment, went over the damage with me, repaired it in a very accident and could not have been more pleased! When I dropped my truck off for service I was told that Brandon would call me in the morning to let me know about when my truck would be ready for pick up (not sure what the real policy is, but I believe T Brandon would call me in the morning to let me know about when my truck would be ready for pick up (not sure what the real policy is, but I believe Tyler told me that). I did not hear from Brandon and I called about 45 minutes before close on Saturday and was told that they had just finished. I could have scheduled my day better if I knew that my truck would not be ready until close to close. Other than that, everyone else was great! More
