Issue with stalling I had a fantastic experience with Klaben per usual. I was experiencing my car stalling when it was idling. I texted my sales guy Jeff T. and immediat I had a fantastic experience with Klaben per usual. I was experiencing my car stalling when it was idling. I texted my sales guy Jeff T. and immediately, he responded, got me in to their service department and even picked up my car at work so I was not inconvenienced ONE bit. He had my car washed, and back to my work prior to leaving with the issue resolved and also had my recall done. We are waiting for the parts of the second recall, but Jeff already told me when the part comes in, he will pick my car up again at my work so I am not inconvenienced. As a teacher, it is difficult for me to take off, or take time to drive there and sit/wait for my car to be done. Jeff made my situation so less stressful!! More

Brandon showed me a car I liked, but not wanting to leap at the first one, I told him we were shopping at other dealerships, too. He didn't try to make me buy a car that day, just politely followed up with me afterward. Ended up buying the car Brandon showed me because it had all the features I wanted and more. He actually listened to what I wanted, whereas other dealerships just rapid fire showed me cars and never asked what I was really looking for. Other dealerships never even offered me a test drive or to even start up the car, and didn't explain any of the features their car had. When I noticed condensation in the tail light after it rained when I got home, I was able to text Brandon and get a service appointment scheduled. More
