Kristian, Thank you for taking time to leave us a review, sharing some positive feedback and pointing out specific areas to improve upon. I was disheartened to read some of the feedback regarding the condition of the vehicle. If it were my new vehicle, I would have been disappointed. We have processes in place to prevent the issues you mentioned and they failed in this instance. There are no excuses and you deserved better. I am actively working to connect with you in an effort to restore your confidence. The team is anxious to reclean the vehicle and handle the subsequent logistics in a manner that minimizes any additional inconvenience to you. Your feedback is invaluable and we are actively utilizing it to coach the team. As I mentioned before, we have processes in place to prevent items being left in vehicles. We also have quality controls in place to ensure vehicles are cleaned properly before they are delivered to customers. Ultimately, these processes depend on our team member’s engagement. We are collectively disappointed that we failed to execute at the level you should expect and deserve.
