Joe has always been very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure we are totally satisfied. We have had a continual problem with the heater core in our Chrysler 200 and even though we have a lif beyond to make sure we are totally satisfied. We have had a continual problem with the heater core in our Chrysler 200 and even though we have a lifetime warranty on this car, and it had been replaced at least 2 other times, they did not want to cover it again. However, Joe made sure the cost was covered! He always goes above and beyond! More

I visited with Klaben again and they did a great job with another repair that was needed. I would definitely recommend Klaben for any repair needs. The service that we brought the Pacifica in for what we brought it in for was repaired. The only thing that I didn’t like that they were looking for every little thing that they could and wanted me to get brought it in for was repaired. That’s why I don’t bring my vehicles into dealerships to get repaired if it’s not a warranty issue More
