Went today for a recall service after I called and they told me they could take care of it today. Made appointment and guess what. I had a text message stating what my repair cost was. When I picked up my car, the bill was $250 more. I asked what could be done. That amount put me over my credit limit. It was still over my credit limit. I said okay, see if my card would cover it. The cashier ran the full amount and when I asked about the $50 reduction I couldn’t get it because the card paid it. For $50, KIA of Stockton lost a future customer. I will use them for my lifetime oil changes, but I will go somewhere else to purchase my next car. More
