It’s very hard to get ahold of anyone in the service center. I’m also extremely disappointed that when I bought my Kia I paid extra for life time oil changes and since Kia of Stockton changed ownership center. I’m also extremely disappointed that when I bought my Kia I paid extra for life time oil changes and since Kia of Stockton changed ownership they no longer honor my life time oil changes. More
